So far a lot has been done to tackle the ever-expanding waist lines of the UK through the way food is marketed, packaged and advertised. Although these efforts have influenced how healthy we eat, nothing has successfully tackled the problem of keeping people physically fit. How can design play a role in this? What can Product Design do to help people stick to regular exercise? Subsequently, can Product Design increase the self-esteem of those individuals?
